Artist's Description
The setting sun captured behind a lamp on the pier in and in reflection across the sea in Worthing, West Sussex. I had to stand on a bench to photograph it at just the right angle. As you can see from the lamp post, the image is straight: the seafront on the horizon curves round slightly.
About John Topman
John passed away on 3rd January 2021. He loved that visitors enjoyed looking at his photos. So his photos will stay here for more visitors to enjoy as a kind of legacy/memorial to him.
